Custom (Econo) Mat
The Custom Animal Mat is the largest mat of its type in the industry, making it a perfect choice for covering larger areas such as horse stables. Custom Animal Mats are made of the highest quality fiber reinforced rubber compounds (FRC©), so there aren’t any rubber buffings, rubber crumb or fillers used. This makes the mat non-porous and it will not absorb moisture, urine, cleaning solutions or disinfectants. Additionally, the premium rubber compounds provide consistent softness of the mats and makes the mats resistant to fungal and bacterial infestation.
The Custom Animal Mat will provide insulation and noise reduction, as well as eliminate the need to repair barn floors. Cleaning can be done with mild detergent and water or similar disinfectants. It is not necessary to remove the mats when cleaning.

Installation
Installing the Custom Animal Mat is very easy. The matting can be installed over concrete, natural soil (compacted), asphalt, clay, wood and virtually every other surface imaginable.
Typical installations only require two pieces for most stalls to simplify the installation and minimalize seams. Otherwise interlocking tabs can be used on the ends, sides or around the entire perimeter for a more stable and permanent installation. Once installed, the Custom Animal Mat stays in place and will not shift, even under the heaviest of traffic.
